All recommendation requests should be sent to Prosecuting Attorney Charles Ferguson, 7005 Florence Pl. St. Louis, MO. 63136. A self-addressed stamped envelope is required for a response from his office.
Note, the Court does not get the request for a recommendation and will not forward said request. It must be separate from the entry filed with the Court.
ALL CASES THAT ARE ISSUED / FILED AFTER JUNE 18TH, 2019 WILL NOW BE AVAILABLE ON CASE.NET by going to www.courts.mo.gov. PLEASE FILE YOUR ENTRY WITH THE COURT BY E-FILING THRU CASE.NET AND THEN FILE YOUR REQUEST WITH THE PROSECUTOR WITH A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE BY MAIL.
THE COURT WILL NOT FORWARD RECOMMENDATION REQUESTS THAT ARE E-FILED!! E-FILING IS STRICTLY FOR COURT DOCUMENTS, NOT FOR THE PROSECUTOR!!
We will continue to accept entries via fax/mail for a period of time.
MOTION FOR DISCOVERY:
If the case involves a police report, a motion for discovery may be filed with the prosecutor either by mail. If by mail, a separate self-addressed stamped envelope should be included to receive this report. If the ticket was the result of a vehicle accident, an insurance letter needs to be included stating that the insurance company is handling all liability from this accident.
WARRANT WITHDRAWALS:
To withdraw a warrant, an entry must be filed with the request. We will withdraw any warrant that has only gone to warrant status once. For multiple warrants, the municipal judge must be contacted. We will also not withdraw any warrant if the defendant is already in custody.
