Tax Increment Financing Program
This program is designed to help businesses located along Lewis & Clark Blvd between St. Cyr and Jennings Station Road upgrade their commercial property. The use of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) revenue is available to provide forgivable loans to fund the repair, rehabilitation and/or improvement of commercial properties within the Redevelopment Program Area (RPA) 8. Each participating applicant is required to participate in a uniform landscaping and streetscape improvement program. The loan will be forgiven over five years in installments so long as the applicant remains in compliance with the Redevelopment Agreement.
